I had a problem with none delivery of this item, e-mailed Puff Daddie 13:17 Friday explaining the problem. I had their reply 13:32 Friday apologising and explaining their actions to remedy the situation. Received item next day. Any Company can have a problem it is how they react to a complaint that shows how good that Company is. In this case Puff Daddies reaction was brilliant and could not have been better, many larger organisations could learn a lot from them. I have used them in the past and will certainly use them again. Products have always been as I expected.
